From the evidence presented in the aforementioned Public

vacate, or demolish the building and/or structure in accordance with the

Particulars set forth in the Building Inspector's notice within thirty (30)
days from the date of this ordinance.
The fact that the repair, vacation, and/or demolition of
dangerous buildings is being delayed pending the taking effect of this
ordinance creates an emergency for the immediate preservation of the public
business place, property, health, safety and general welfare of the public
which requires that this ordinance shall become effective from and after
the date of its passage and is accordingly so ordained.
