Ord 2858 3/19/1974 w .S. 3./ 1: 7 V ORDINANCE NO. C ORDINANCE SETTING REFUSE RATES ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES ABUTTING ALLEY PAVING PROJECTS. WHEREAS, certain alleys have been paved under the paving program set out in Resolution No. 661, and Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, lists the• properties and owners who did not pay • their part of the cost before the paving was done; and, WHEREAS, under Resolution No,. 661 the charges to the remaining property owners shall be made by an increase in their refuse rate over a thirty-six (36) month payment period. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE • CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: • The refuse rates charged the properties and the owners and/or occupants thereof .in accordance with Section 17-19 of the Code of Ordinances s d in the amounts shown in Wichita Falls, e of the City of Wich a , shall be increased Exhibit A, attached hereto, until such time as the cost of paving such alleys . • has been repaid to the City.
