AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT RIGHTS WHICH
WERE RETAINED AT THE TIME GALVESTON STREET BETWEEN TEXAS STREET
AND DENISON STREET WAS CLOSED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1806.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS,
SECTION 1: That all utility easement rights which were
retained by the City of Wichita Falls, Texas at the time
Galveston Street was closed and abandoned by the passage of
Ordinance No. 1806, save and except a 16 foot strip north of
and abutting the former south right-of-way line of Galveston
Street between Texas Street and Denison Street be and the
same are hereby abandoned.
