AN ORDINANCE MAKINC; AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
REVENUE SHARING FUND TO PROJECT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EIIERC;ENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
• SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $ 6,000.00 which shall be placed in the
following project numbers:

1. Tennis Center Improvements - 457 $6,000.00

SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
