ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION 506. 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 2733 , THE PLUMBING CODE,
CONCERNING LIMITATIONS OF USE OF PLASTIC
PIPE AND FITTINGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Subsection 506. 1 of Ordinance No. 2733 , the Plumb-
ing Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (506. 1) Plastic pipe and fittings.
Plastic pipe and fittings shall not be exposed on any
outside walls or where it may be exposed to sunlight or other
harmful elements. "
