AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
REVENUE SHARING FUND TO PROJECT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $ 1,050,000.00 which shall be placed in the
following project numbers:

1. Kell R-O-W 379 $ 375,000.00
2. Street Surface Overlay 350 70,000.00
3. Street Surface Treatment 352 30,000.00
4. Street Reconstruction 354 250,000.00
5. Assessment Paving 371 150,000.00
6. Substandard Structures 372 20,000.00
7. TOPICS Contributions 570 25,000.00
8. Traffic Signalization 590 15,000.00
9. Transit System Buses 591 75,000.00
10. Library Microfilm 055 10,000.00
11. Building Improvements 650 30,000.00
Total $1,050,000.00
SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
