AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS BY REVISING SEC-
TION 2-1 OF SAID CODE, PRESCRIBING THE TIME
AND PLACE OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD
OF ALDERMEN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 2-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas is hereby amended so that such Section
shall read as follows:
"Section 2-1. Meetings of Board of Aldermen --
Designated.
In accordance with Section 34, as amended, of the
Charter, the regular meeting times of the Board of Aldermen,
except the first meeting in April, shall be the first Tuesday
and third Tuesday of each month, at 9 : 00 o' clock a.m. The
first meeting in April shall be at 8 : 00 o' clock p.m. on the
Monday next following the regular municipal election. Reg-
ular meetings shall be held in the Council Chamber in the
Municipal Auditorium. "
