RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS OF THE MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, ON APRIL 7, 1979 .
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen
of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, held in the Memorial
Auditorium Building on the 9th day of April, 1979, at which
time a quorum was present, came on to be considered the re-
turns of the municipal election held on the 7th day of April,
1979 .
WHEREAS, after canvassing the returns of said election,
it was found to be duly and legally held in all respects,
and that 4t, , voters voted in said election; and that
