RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOE C. SMITH, DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC UTILITIES, TO SIGN DOCUMENTS AUTHOR-
IZING REIMBURSEMENT BY TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Joe C. Smith, Director of Public Utilities, is hereby
authorized to sign for the City of Wichita Falls any nec-
essary documents for reimbursement of funds by the Texas
Department of Highways and Public Transportation for re-
location of utility lines.
