RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING
RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES IN THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The wage scale which is attached hereto is hereby
determined to be the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages in the City of Wichita Falls for the purposes of
Article 5159a, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of March, 1979.
