A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND ARTICLE 12
OF THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES BETWEEN
MR. J. P. LEWALLEN AND THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
THAT:
Article 12 of the contract dated December 11, 1978 between Mr.
J. P. Lewallen and the City of Wichita Falls is hereby amended by adding
Section 12.2.2 as follows:
12.2.2 The Owner shall be responsible for paying the premiums for
a workman's compensation policy taken out by the Construction Manager for his
own protection."
