RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO BOBBY WALLACE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS AT WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
TERMINAL BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of improvements at Wichita Falls
Municipal Airport Terminal Building; and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that
the bid of Bobby Wallace Construction Company, consisting of
a base bid of $111,674 with Alternate 3 and Alternate 5 making
the total bid $112,234, is the lowest and best bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Bobby Wallace Construction Company in the
total amount of $112,234 , consisting of the base bid and
Alternate 3 and Alternate 5, is hereby accepted subject to
the concurrence of the Federal Aviation Administration, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute for the City of
Wichita Falls a contract with Bobby Wallace Construction
Company in the amount of $112,234 for the construction of
such improvements.
