RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH CLAY COUNTY,
TEXAS, FOR FURNISHING EMERGENCY RESCUE EQUIPMENT
OUTSIDE THE CITY LIMITS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract, a copy of which is attached hereto,
between the City of Wichita Falls and the County of Clay,
Texas, whereby the City will furnish certain emergency rescue
equipment, including the Jaws of Life, within certain parts
of Clay County, Texas, is hereby approved, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of January, 1979.
