RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH WICHITA COUNTY
FOR FURNISHING EMERGENCY RESCUE EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE
THE CITY LIMITS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract, a copy of which is attached hereto,
between the City of Wichita Falls and the County of Wichita,
whereby the City would furnish emergency rescue equipment,
including the Jaws of Life,outside the city limits of Wichita
Falls, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of January, 1979 .
