RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST EXTENSION OF LEASE
BETWEEN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS AND WICHITA
COUNTY MEDICAL SOCIETY OF SPACE IN THE PUBLIC
HEALTH CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain First Extension of Lease between the City of
Wichita Falls and Wichita County Medical Society, whereby the
City of Wichita Falls extends the lease to Wichita County Medical
Society of certain space and facilities at Wichita City-County
Public Health Center for a period of five years, beginning
January 1, 1979, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of January, 1979.
