RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF TEXAS CONCERNING INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
SIGNALS ON KELL FREEWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto,
between the City of Wichita Falls and the State of Texas, con-
cerning the installation of traffic signals on Kell Freeway, is
hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day December, 1978.

NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of thc, and of the

1. The State will furnish the neceary t ss for. Llv actual
construction, prepare plans and speciticatiorn . nstall aid highway
traffic signals , and supervise construction .

traffic signals shown on EXHIBIT 1 by the appro- th? location
and manner of construction as shown on the plans and deF:cribed in

3. The City will operate . and maintain the higha raffic

8. In the event the terms of this AgreempnL ;Ire in conflict
with the provisions of any other existing Agrens end/or Contracts
between the City and the State , this Agreement si -1.11 take precedence
over the other Agreemontii and/or Contract .
