ORDINANCE CLOSING HEARING AND FINDING CERTAIN
BUILDINGS AND/OR STRUCTURES TO BE DANGEROUS;
COMMANDING PROPERTY OWNERS TO REPAIR, VACATE,
OR DEMOLISH SAID BUILDINGS AND/OR STRUCTURES
WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS , the Building Inspector of the City of Wichita Falls ,
acting under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2388 enacted by the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls on February 12, 1968, notified in
writing by certified mail the following list of property owners of the
property shown that the building or buildings on the premises had been
classified as a dangerous building and that certain corrections were
needed to be made or the building demolished.

the directive of the Building Inspector within the sixty days allotted in
Ordinance No. 2388; and,
WHEREAS , the above listed property owners have been notified
by certified mail by the Building Inspector of the time and date of a
Public Hearing for the above reamed property owners to appear before the
Board of Aldermen to show cause why such building or structure should not
be repaired, vacated , or demolished in accordance with the State of Partic-
ulars set forth in the Building Inspector' s notice ; and said Public Hearing
was had and held at the time and place fixed therefore , to--wit , on the
- 3rd day of December, 1974 , at 9:00 A.M. , in the Council Chamber in the
City of Wichita Falls , Texas , and at such Public Hearing the following
