RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 AND FINAL ESTIMATE AND
ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES SERVING
G. L. FRIBERG ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Opex, Inc., as contractor,
entered into a contract dated November 7, 1977, wherein said contractor
agreed to construct sanitary sewer facilities to serve G. L. Friberg
Addition; and,
WHEREAS, said construction has been completed in accordance with
plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 and the final estimate have been submitted
on this project, which final estimate shows a total amount of work done
as $56,700.35 of which $47,721.45 has been paid, leaving a balance of
8,978.90 to be paid to the contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of the sanitary sewer facilities to G. L. Friberg
Addition is accepted by the City of Wichita Falls, the Change Order #1
and Final Estimate are approved, and the City Manager is directed to
pay to the contractor the amount shown on such estimate.
