RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE CHARGED
FOR DEPOSITING SEPTIC TANK WASTES AT WASTE
WATER TREATMENT PLANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Haulers of septic tank wastes who deposit such wastes at
the City Waste Water Treatment Plant shall be charged therefor
at the rate of one dollar per six hundred gallons or any part
thereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th day of September, 1978 .
