RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPLACEMENT OF ROOF ON
WICHITA FALLS CITY - COUNTY HEALTH CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Armored Roofing
Co. , Inc. entered into a contract dated February 24, 1978 ,
wherein the contractor agreed to replace the roof on the
Wichita Falls City - County Health Center; and,
WHEREAS, said work has been completed in accordance with
the specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the contract price for such work was $17 , 995. 00,
all of which has been paid to the contractor except $1,583. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The replacement of the roof on the Wichita Falls City -
County Health Center is accepted by the City of Wichita Falls,
and the City Manager is directed to pay to said contractor the
balance due for said work as set out above.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of September, 1978.
