RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FROM TEXAS ELECTRIC
SERVICE COMPANY BILL OF SALE FOR 116 HIGH
PRESSURE SODIUM VAPOR LIGHTING SYSTEM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $14, 146.54
FOR SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain Bill of Sale, whereby Texas Electric Service Company
conveys to the City of Wichita Falls a 116 high pressure sodium vapor
lighting system, is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to pay Texas Electric Service Company the sum of $14,146.54 for such
Bill of Sale.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 1st day of August 1978.
