RESOLUTION AWARDING FIRST CONTRACT FOR ACTIVITIES
CENTER REMODELING..
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls advertised
for bids for the first contract for the Activities Center
remodeling; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and the bid of C & R Con-
struction & Management Co. in the amount of $60,946 is the
lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of C & R Construction & Management Co. is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute
for the City a contract with such contractor for such remodel-
ing.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 11th day of July, 1978.
