RESOLUTION APPOINTING LANIE J. BENSON, M. D.
DIRECTOR OF THE WICHITA FALLS CITY-WICHITA
COUNTY HEALTH UNIT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Lanie J. Benson, M. D. is hereby appointed director of the
Wichita Falls City-Wichita County Health Unit; this appointment
is made jointly with the Commissioners Court, subject to the
approval of the City-County Board of Health, in accordance with
the provisions of Article 4436a-1, Revised Civil Statutes of
Texas.
