RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH FIRST
SOUTHWEST COMPANY FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY
SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract, a copy of which is attached
hereto, with First Southwest Company for financial advisory
services for the issuance of one million dollars of instru-
ments evidencing indebtedness for sanitary sewer improve-
ments, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the same for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of June, 1978.
