RESOLUTION REQUESTING STATE DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CON-
SIDER DESIGNATION OF EAST ARROWHEAD DRIVE
AT LAKE ARROWHEAD AS FARM TO MARKET ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation is hereby requested to consider
designating as a Farm to Market Road East Arrowhead Drive
at Lake Arrowhead and the road across the spillway and dam,
between FM 2393 on the west side of Lake Arrowhead and
FM 2606 on the east side of Lake Arrowhead.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
continue negotiations with the State Department of Highways
and Public Transportation regarding the providing of right-
of-way along East Arrowhead Drive and providing an easement
for a roadway on the dam and across the spillway at Lake
Arrowhead.
