RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 CONCERN-
ING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EASTSIDE NEIGHBORHOOD
SERVICE CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, THAT:
Change Order No. 4, a copy of which is attached hereto, between
the City of Wichita Falls and Meyers Bros. , Inc. amending the contract for
construction of the Eastside Neighborhood Service Center to provide Debron
carpet tiles, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
