AN ORDINANCE RELEASING AND ABANDONING A CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENT
SITUATED IN BLOCK 1, SECTION 4 OF THE WILLOWBROOK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to release and abandon the utility
easement hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the 10 foot wide utility easem,mt lying between lots
12 and 13 of Block 1, Section 4 of the Willowbrook Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and extending back 112.8 feet from Beefeater Drive, be and is hereby
released and abandoned.
