ORDINANCE REPEALING PARAGRAPH (c) OF
SECTION 29-150 OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES , WHICH RESTRICTS THE PERIOD
OF TIME A VEHICLE MAY BE PARKED AT
A PARKING METER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-150 of the Code of Ordi-
nances, which provided that no person shall park a vehicle
in any parking meter space for a consecutive period of time
longer than that limited period for which parking is law-
fully permitted, irrespective of the number of coins depos-
ited in such meter, is hereby repealed.
This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure,
and shall be effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of December, 1974 .
