ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH (a) OF SUB-
SECTION 106. 4 OF THE WICHITA FALLS MECH-
ANICAL CODE, CONCERNING THE BOND REQUIRE-
MENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Paragraph (a) of Subsection 106. 4 of the Wichita Falls
Mechanical Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (a) All persons, firms, or corporations engaged in
the installation of mechanical systems, including alterations,
repairs, replacement, equipment, appliances, fixtures, fittings
and/or appurtenances thereto, including ventilating, heating,
cooling, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, inciner-
ators, and other energy-related systems for domestic or com-
mercial purposes in the City of Wichita Falls under terms of
this ordinance shall, before they do any work, execute and
deliver to the City of Wichita Falls a surety bond in the sum
of Two Thousand Dollars ($2, 000. 00) , payable to the City of
Wichita Falls and as herein otherwise provided for, executed
by a company authorized to do business in the State of Texas. "
