ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (g) OF
SECTION 404 OF THE WICHITA FALLS MECH-
ANICAL CODE, DEFINING ELECTRICAL WORK
THAT MAY BE DONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Subsection (g) of Section 404 of the Wichita Falls Mech-
anical Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
" (g) Electrical Equipment and Wiring: Any electri-
cal work incidental to the maintenance of operation of refrig-
erated equipment, accessories, or apparatus will be considered
to be a part of the Mechanical System. Such electrical repairs
can be done as a part of the Mechanical Code by a Mechanical
Service-person with no electrical permit required for that por-
tion of the work; however, the electrical portion of the work
must be done in accordance with the National Electrical Code
ANSI-Cl-1971. "
