ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION- FROM THE '
REVENUE SHARING. FUND TO PROJECT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF W CHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund the sum of $ 5,096.5.2 which shall be placed in the
• following project numbers

• •SECTION 2. The fact that this amount is,now due and that it is
essential for the immediate use of the City of Wichita Falls creates an
' emergency, therefore this ordinance shall become effective immediately
