ORDINANCE NO. 041/
AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THE NECESSSITY FOR THE ORDERING
AND PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS OF AVENUES,
STREETS AND PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, DESIGNATED AT THE 1975 LEAVE OUT SECTIONS ASSESS-
MENT PAVING PROGRAM, APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS PREPARED BY CITY ENGINEER, AND DIRECTING THE ADVER-
TISING FOR BIDS, AND PROVIDING SUNDRY OTHER MATTERS IN-
CIDENT THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
is of the opinion that the hereinafter mentioned portions of avenues, streets
and public places in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas should be improved;
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
It is hereby determined that it is necessary that the portions of
avenues, streets and public places abutting the following listed lots in the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas be improved, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 10, Sunset Heights Addition
Lot 15, Block 99A, Highland Addition
Lot 10, Block 17, Scotland Addition
Lot 17, Block 16, Scotland Addition
Lot 15, Block 15, Scotland Addition

II.
The City Engineer has heretofore prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of the hereinabove described portions of avenues, streets
and public places, and such plans and specifications are submitted to the Board
of Aldermen for approval and adoption; such plans and specifications be and the
same are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications for the
improvement of the said streets.

III.
The City Manager is hereby directed to advertise for competitive
bids for the making and constructing of said improvements.
IV.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force and effect immedi-
ately from and after its passage.

Notice is hereby given that the governing body of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas has ordered and determined it to be necessary that
the following avenues, streets and public places in the City of Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas be improved and that a portion of the cost
of such improvement is to be specially assessed as a lien upon the prop-
erty abutting thereon, and said portions of avenues, streets and public
places in the city of Wichita Falls, Texas as follows:
