AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT
LOCATED IN THE PATTON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to permanently close and abandon
a portion of an easement herein described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A portion of the easement located on Lot 20, Block 2 of the Patton
Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said portion being described as the
south two feet of the five foot easement which parallels and is adjacent to the
north property line of the said Lot 20, Block 2, Patton Addition, be and is hereby
closed and abandoned.
