ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 62 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 3000, WHICH REGULATES THE KEEPING OF
ANIMALS AND FOWL, BY DELETING THE AUTH-
ORITY TO SELL UNREDEEMED IMPOUNDED DOGS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Paragraph B of Section 62 of Ordinance No. 3000 is here-
by amended by deleting from the second sentence in such para-
graph the word "sold" .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of September, 1975.
