RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF BUCHANAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR REPAIRS TO ROOF OF HANGAR NO. 1 AT
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for repairs to roof of Hangar No. 1 at Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, only one bid was received, that being the bid
of Buchanan Construction Company in the amount of $j(9/O, OD
WHEREAS, Buchanan Construction Company was the only bidder,
and such bid was fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Buchanan Construction Company for repairs to
roof of Hangar No. 1 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract with Buchanan Construction
Company for such improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of November, 1979.
