RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 1
THROUGH NO. 6 TO THE CONTRACT WITH HAMBRICK
CRAIG GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR RENOVATION
AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF THE WICHITA FALLS
ACTIVITIES CENTER.
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Wichita Falls and Hambrick
Craig General Contractors, Inc. entered into a contract dated
December 11, 1978 for the renovation and new construction of
the Wichita Falls Activities Center; and,
WHEREAS, there have been six change orders to such
contract, which increased the contract amount by $34,142,
these being Change Order No. 1 through Change Order No. 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Those six change orders, being Change Order No. 1 through
Change Order No. 6, to such contract dated December 11, 1978
with Hambrick Craig General Contractors, Inc. , are hereby
approved and accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 13th day of November, 1979.
