RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF JOHNSON ROAD AND MILLER ROAD FIRE STATIONS
TO REID-ROSS CO.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of Johnson Road and Miller Road
Fire Stations; and,
WHEREAS , five bids were received, and the bid of
Reid-Ross Co. in the amount of $380,000 was the lowest
responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Reid-Ross Co. is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with
Reid-Ross Co. for the construction of the Johnson Road and
Miller Road fire stations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 23rd day of October, 1979.
