RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING ELECTRICAL
WIRING AND RESETTING TWO TERMINAL BOXES FOR BRIDWELL
PARK.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, as owner, and Willen
Electric Co . , Inc. , as contractor, entered into a contract dated
May 8, 1979 , wherein said contractor agreed to construct elec-
trical wiring of twenty-four sports lighting fixtures and resetting
two terminal boxes for Bridwell Park; and,
WHEREAS, said construction has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications ; and,
WHEREAS, the contract price for such work was $7,250.00, none
of which has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD F A DEOFALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
The construction of such work is hereby accepted by the City
of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager is directed to pay to the
said contractor the contract price as shown above.
