RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE BOARD
OF HEALTH FOR THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF J. A. SCOFIELD, M.D.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2061 J. A. Scofield, M.D. was
appointed as a member of the Wichita Falls City-Wichita County
Board of Health for a two year term commencing January 1, 1978
and expiring December 31, 1979; and,
WHEREAS, Dr. Scofield has resigned from the Board of
Health.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
is hereby appointed as a member
of the Wichita Falls City-Wichita County Board of Health for
the unexpired term of Dr. Scofield, which term ends December
31, 1979.
