A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR LAW
ENFORCEMENT ASSISTANCE ADMINISTRATION GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
An application for a Law Enforcement Assistance Administration
grant for an arson control program is hereby approved, and the
City Manager is authorized and directed to complete and file
the application for such grant. The City Manager is further
authorized to execute any necessary documents requested to
carry out and complete such grant.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of September, 1979.
