RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT BY COMMISSIONERS
COURT OF JOE SINGER TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of Wichita County, Texas,
appointed Arch Hughes as a member of the Wichita Falls City-
Wichita County Board of Health for a two year term commencing
January 1, 1978 , and expiring December 31, 1979, which appoint-
ment was later confirmed by the Board of Aldermen; and,
WHEREAS, this position was vacated by Mr. Hughes on May 1,
1979, and the Commissioners Court has appointed Joe Singer as
a member of such Board of Health to serve for the unexpired
term expiring December 31, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The appointment by the Commissioners Court of Wichita
County, Texas, of Joe Singer as a member of such Board of Health
for a term expiring December 31, 1979, is hereby confirmed.
