RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT ON
1979 RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the hot-mix asphaltic concrete surface course for the 1979 Recon-
struction Program; and,
WHEREAS, only one bid was received, and it is found that the
bid of Timmins and Anderson Corporation, who bid $257,400.00, was
a responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Timmins and Anderson Corporation, in the amount of
257,400.00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute for the City of Wichita Falls a contract with Timmins
and Anderson Corporation for the construction of such improvements.
