RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO BOB BOUNDS,
d/b/a BOB BOUNDS PAVING CO. , FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF BASIN AND EMBANKMENT FOR WOOD MEMORIAL PARK.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of basin and embankment for
Wood Memorial Park; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and it is found that
Bob Bounds, d/b/a Bob Bounds Paving Company, who bid
17, 550, is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Bob Bounds, d/b/a Bob Bounds Paving Company,
in the amount of $17,550 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute for the City of Wichita
Falls a contract with Bob Bounds, d/b/a Bob Bounds Paving
Company, for the construction of such improvement.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of June, 1980.
