RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING
RESETTING OF MONUMENTS AT ROSEMONT CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C & R Construction
Management Co. , as contractor, entered into a contract
dated December 12, 1979, wherein said contractor agreed to
reset the monuments at Rosemont Cemetery; and,
WHEREAS, said resetting has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the total contract price, based on unit prices
and total units reset, was $55,640.15, of which $49,478 .50 has
been paid to the contractor, leaving a balance due of $6 ,161. 65.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The resetting of such monuments at Rosemont Cemetery is
accepted by the City of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager
is directed to pay to the said contractor the balance due as
shown above.
