RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT AND ACCEPTING
CONSTRUCTION OF FENCING AT ROSEMONT CEMETERY AND
WEEKS PARK GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Wichita Ace Fence
Co. , Inc. , as contractor, entered into a contract dated
November 5, 1979, wherein said contractor agreed to construct
certain fencing at Rosemont Cemetery and Weeks Park golf
course; and,
WHEREAS, the construction of such fencing has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications;
and,
WHEREAS, the total contract price, based on unit prices
and total units constructed, was $12 ,934 .48, of which $11, 641.03
has been paid to the contractor, leaving a balance due of
1,293.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such fencing is accepted by the
City of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager is directed to
pay to the said contractor the balance due as shown above.
