RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR REPAIR OF
CENTRAL FIRE STATION ROOF STRUCTURE.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the repair of the Central Fire Station roof structure; and,
WHEREAS, five bids were received, and the bid of
M. A. Vordenbaum & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $54 ,708 was the
lowest responsible bid received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of M. A. Vordenbaum & Sons, Inc. in the amount of
54,708 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto,
for the City of Wichita Falls with M. A. Vordenbaum & Sons, Inc.
for the construction of such repairs of the Central Fire Station
roof structure.
