RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO DOVER ELEVATOR
COMPANY FOR REPAIR AND RENOVATION OF THE FREIGHT
ELEVATOR AT THE WICHITA FALLS ACTIVITIES CENTER.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the repair and renovation of the freight elevator
at the Wichita Falls Activities Center; and,
WHEREAS , only one bid was received, that being the
bid of Dover Elevator Company in the amount of $27 , 095. 62,
which is found to be a fair and reasonable bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Dover Elevator Company in the amount of $27 , 095. 62
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract for the City of Wichita Falls with Dover
Elevator Company for the repair and renovation of such freight
elevator.
