RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT
TO PERMIT FOR DIVERSION OF PERMITTED WATER FROM
LAKE KEMP INTO LAKE WICHITA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain application, a copy of which is attached
hereto for amendment to permit for diversion of permitted
water from Lake Kemp into Lake Wichita is hereby approved,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file
the same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 16th day of September, 1980.
