RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 WITH
BOBBY WALLACE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR CON-
STRUCTION WORK ON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BAGGAGE
CLAIM AREA, AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT.
That certain Change Order No. 3, a copy of which is attached hereto, to the
contract with Bobby Wallace Construction Co. for construction of the new baggage
claims area at Municipal Airport is hereby approved, and
WHEREAS, the contractor has completed the work and submitted an invoice
in the amount of $1,089.34.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT,
The construction project is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to make final payment to such contractor.
