RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BASIC CABINET UNITS FOR
KEMP PUBLIC LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids
for the construction of twenty-five basic cabinet units
at the Kemp Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, two bids were received, and the bid of
11,250 by Merl. B. Schellhase was the lowest and best bid
received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Merl B. Schellhase is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
Merl B. Schellhase for the construction of such basic
cabinet units.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 29th day of July, 1980.
